KEEPING YOUR MEDI-CAL COVERAGE IS IMPORTANT. TAKE ACTION TO MAINTAIN COVERAGE

Did you get a yellow envelope in the mail? If so, it’s time to renew your Medi-Cal. Once a year, your county will tell you if your Medi-Cal was automatically renewed or if more information is needed. Make sure to renew your Medi-Cal each year to keep your benefits.

Here’s what you should know:

• Fill out the renewal packet and return it to your local Medi-Cal office by the due date.
• You can also renew your Medi-Cal by mail, phone or online at BenefitsCal.com
