
Conveniently located in San Bernardino, Fontana, Redlands and Rialto, our Family Health Centers provide a patient-centered medical home model of care that fosters a relationship between our patients and their health care providers. Each patient is assigned to a primary care provider who attends to all of the individual’s health care needs. We offer primary care services to individuals and families in all age groups.
Our care team is comprised of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, and residents from our Family Medicine Residency Training Program, and other health care staff.

Arrowhead Regional Medical CenterARMC's Primary Care Clinic, located in the Medical Office Building, is open Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and one Saturday a month (Saturdays vary) from 8 a.m. to noon.
