The Street Medicine Program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center provides healthcare services directly to individuals experiencing housing insecurity where they are located. Our goal is to reduce barriers to care and help patients access ongoing medical support.

Services include:

• Prescription access and refills
• Assistance with medical insurance enrollment
• Connections to community resources
