My ARMC Health Portal

Convenient Access to Your Medical Information

The My ARMC Health Portal allows you to view up-to-date information about some lab results, procedures, immunizations, medications and allergies. It is an electronic portal to your patient health record at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.

Who is eligible to use My ARMC Health?

Anyone who has used the services of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and is 18 years and older or legally emancipated can sign up for access to their personal health information.

How secure is my information if I access My ARMC Health?

Protecting your patient privacy is our priority! Access to the portal is through our secure window, nothing is downloaded to your computer or electronic device. Once you close the access window, your personal information is not accessible until you choose to reopen the secure access window.

What if I do not receive my email invitation?

Please check your spam or junk mail folders in your email account. If you still cannot find the invitation, please call (909) 580-2779 for help.

Is a mobile version of My ARMC Health available?

My ARMC Health website is mobile optimized, which means you can access the portal on any browser and any device with the Internet. Additionally, you can download the Meditech MHealth app at either the Apple Store or at Google Play. MHealth is the mobile version of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal, which offers secure and convenient access to your health information at your fingertips, on your mobile device or tablet. MHealth offers a wide range of results and features that allow you to better manage your and your family’s care. Use your existing Patient Portal logon ID and password to get started with MHealth.

Can I enroll my child in My ARMC Health?

Yes. A parent, guardian or other authorized person acting in loco parentis may be granted proxy access to their child’s records available on the My ARMC Health portal until the child turns 12 years old. Parents of children who are 12 through 17 years of age are not permitted to receive proxy access due to privacy laws. To request proxy access to your child’s patient portal records please contact our health information department. To access medical information for your child when they are 12 years of age or older, contact our health information department at (909) 580-0060.

What lab results will be viewable in My ARMC Health?

Some common lab test results will be viewable in My ARMC Health. Other lab results will need to be discussed with your doctor and are not available on the portal.

When will I see my lab results?

Some lab results may be released into the portal at the discretion of ARMC. Please note that you should contact your health care provider for an explanation about your lab results.

Can I print my health information from My ARMC Health?

Yes. Most pages in the portal provide a "Print" button.

Can I give my adult children or another authorized representative access to my portal information?

Yes. With certain limitations, adult patients may authorize that proxy access be granted to another adult who is authorized to act on behalf of the adult patient. To request proxy access for another authorized adult to your patient portal information, contact our health information services department at (909) 580-0060.

Will My ARMC Health allow me to make online appointment requests or cancellation requests?

My ARMC Health will not allow you to request an appointment for a visit or procedures and tests. However, you may cancel a visit up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Will My ARMC Health allow me to make online prescription renewal requests?

No. Currently, prescription renewal requests are not available through My ARMC Health.

Can I use a third party app?

You can choose to access your health information through third party applications (Third Party App(s)) such as those used on a smartphone. Depending on the application you choose, you may be able to access information such as your medications, allergies, or lab results. If you are interested in using a Third Party App and having that application access your health information, please email My_ARMC_Support@armc.sbcounty.gov with your request and someone from the ARMC Patient Portal and support team will assist you. If the Third Party App does not appear to be able to connect to ARMC’s Patient Portal, ARMC will contact Third Party App on your behalf. You will be contacted by ARMC once communication has occurred and a determination has been made as to whether the Third Party App may connect to ARMC’s Patient Portal. Please be advised that ARMC does not endorse any Third Party Apps. ARMC did not develop, and does not own, manage, or provide customer support for any of the Third Party Apps you may choose to use to access your health information; and accordingly, ARMC hereby explicitly disclaims any warranty or guarantee as to the utility or security of such Third Party Apps. ARMC shall also not be liable for the security or subsequent use or disclosure of your health information once you have chosen to share your health information with a Third Party App. Please also be advised that Third Party Apps will not include the same features as are available in the ARMC Patient Portal itself, and such applications may also charge a user fee. ARMC recommends that patients carefully review the terms and conditions of use of any Third-Party App prior to patients downloading and utilizing, and sharing their health information with a Third-Party App.
