The Patient Experience Office at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) has Patient Advocates available to assist you, family members and friends with concerns related to your visit. At ARMC we work as a team to ensure we meet your expectations, and that your visit is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
