Minimum Qualifications

The applicant shall:

1. Complete the prerequisites of the program with a minimum 2.7 GPA and all general education courses required for an AA or AS degree by the March 31st deadline. In-progress courses will not be accepted.
2. Submit official college transcripts to Crafton Hills College if you have attended any other colleges or universities.
3. Meet with a Crafton Hills College counselor to complete and sign both the Crafton Hills College AA/AS Degree General Education Form and the Radiography Program Prerequisites Checklist.
   
   Note: It is strongly recommended that applicants meet with a Crafton Hills College counselor each year they apply, as catalog requirements may change. Students who discontinue enrollment at Crafton Hills College for one year or more may be subject to a newer catalog and additional graduation requirements.

4. Submit a completed application package, including:

   1. Unofficial college transcripts from all colleges attended.

   2. All required application forms.
